We are now offering free shipping on all orders over $35.00 in the USA. Shipping under $35.00 is a flat rate of $5.00. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate $6.99 and $12.99 to any other country no matter how large your order. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours excluding weekends. Standard Shipping for both domestic and international orders is via the United States Postal Service either through USPS first class mail or priority mail depending on the weight of your package. Delivery confirmation is provided for all domestic orders. International shipping is provided for your convenience however Unique Hijabs is not responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes for international destinations that maybe levied upon by the country of receipt. In the unlikely event that an item purchased is not in stock we will provide a refund or allow you to replace it with another item.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Most orders are shipped by International First Class Mail. Delivery for most shipments is estimated by the US Post Office to be AT LEAST 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS. Although most parcels arrive in this time frame, there can be delays due to many factors including higher volume of mail, increased security concerns, and time to clear customs. Unique Hijabs has no control over the postal services and therefore cannot and will not guarantee arrival dates or give credit for delays in shipping. There are instances when customs will open parcels and charge customs charges on the items. We are not responsible for any customs charges. We will provide you with a customs number, but we no longer have control over your international order once we turn it over to the postal service or once your shipment leaves the United States via United States Postal Service Priority Mail or first class mail international.
Unique Hijabs offers free USA shipping over $35.00 and from time to time will offer free shipping promotions. Please note, If you returned a product(s) used to qualify for our free shipping promotion and the return reduces the order subtotal to less than the amount needed to qualify for free shipping, we will deduct the cost of shipping from the refund. These policies are in place to cover shipping expenses incurred for other than defective item or seller mistake.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, however, if you are unsatisfied or just wish to return the purchased item, you can return it to Unique Hijabs in it's original condition and original packaging within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us by sending an e-mail to info@uniquehijabs.com to arrange the return of the item. All returns will be refunded minus original shipping charges paid by us. All cancellations will be refunded minus a 10% restocking charge. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part. All items are the responsibility of the customer until received by Unique Hijabs and inspected.

FAULTY PRODUCTCS:
We aim to send you the products so they arrive in good condition, however, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund, as appropriate, if you return the product to Unique Hijabs within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us by sending an e-mail to info@uniquehijabs.com to arrange the return of the item. In these circumstances, we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Where returned products are found to be damaged due to the buyer's fault the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
